Shipping Policy

Delivery and Pickup

Please inquire the CosmoBoxx customer service department about the details of the delivery service. CosmoBoxx will insure the products during transportation. After completing the online order, you will receive a notification of the expected delivery time. When picking up the product, you will need to sign to confirm receipt, and the relevant property rights and risks will be transferred to the customer upon delivery by the delivery personnel or at the time of pickup.

If you miss the first scheduled delivery appointment or are unable to receive the product due to an inaccurate address provided by you, we reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees for subsequent delivery appointments or arrange for you to pick up the product directly from our store. CosmoBoxx is not responsible for any losses or damages that may occur due to delivery delays. In case of any disputes, we reserve the final decision-making authority.

We have the right to dispose of products that have not been collected within 30 days of the order confirmation notification without further notice. In this case, we will not refund or compensate you, and we reserve the right to continue to charge you for storage fees. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any loss of income (direct or indirect), profits, or any indirect or consequential losses incurred as a result of any transaction between you and us.
