Welcome to CosmoBoxx's website (hereinafter referred to as "the website"). In order to ensure that you can use the website's services and information with peace of mind, we hereby explain the website's terms and conditions for online shopping. Please read the following carefully:

1.User registration
By using this website, you agree to be responsible for all activities carried out under your account. You are responsible for ensuring the security of your account and password. If you feel or suspect that someone has stolen or is using your account without authorization, please contact us immediately.

If your account engages in activities including but not limited to the following, we may take appropriate action against your account:

a) attempting to use any technology to conceal the use of multiple accounts, or in any way disrupting any of our services
b) initiating any message containing illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, blasphemous, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive material
c) advertising or sending any spam messages
d) impersonating others or providing any false information
CosmoBoxx reserves the right to terminate any account at its discretion. In this case, we will notify you of the termination of your account via email.

2.Purchase process
You must first register as a member of the website and log in to the e-shop using your member account to order goods or services. The website is for personal use only. Customers are not allowed to purchase goods from the website for resale or business development purposes. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you are not purchasing our products for personal use, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order.

a) You need to register as a member first and then log in to select your desired products.
b) Add the desired products to the shopping cart and enter the quantity you want in the shopping cart interface.
c) After completion, click "View Cart" and then "Check Out".
d) Fill in the delivery address information, select the delivery method, payment method, and confirm the order information, and then click "Submit Order".
e) You will be directed to the payment page of "PayDollar".
f) Choose the payment method you want to use.
g) Enter your credit card information and click "Submit" to complete the transaction.
h) After completion, you can view "My Order" to learn about the details of your order.

All online orders are subject to our full discretion and acceptance based on stock availability. You will receive the final purchase receipt upon receiving the goods (either through delivery or in-store pickup) for your records.

All pictures and images of products displayed on our sub-store are for reference only to assist you in identifying the products. The actual size, dimensions, and colors of the products may vary. We make every effort to ensure that the prices, data, and sizes of the products listed on the online store are updated. We reserve the right to change the price of the goods without notice. We have full discretion to decide whether to accept all orders based on stock availability.

When you enter your personal and payment information and submit the order, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the order. This email only confirms the receipt of the order and does not represent acceptance of the order. When we send you an email confirming that the goods have been shipped, it means that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the supply of relevant goods. If we are unable to provide any ordered products or services, we reserve the right to refuse the order.

CosmoBoxx reserves the right to decide not to accept orders for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

a) The goods you ordered are out of stock or have been withdrawn due to failure to meet our quality standards or because one or all of the ordered goods are subject to delivery restrictions.
b) We have found errors in the price or product description.
c) We have not obtained payment authorization.
d) You do not meet the purchasing qualifications listed in the terms of service.

If there are any issues with your order, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible.

3.Payment methods
Our transaction process complies with the strict international security standards set by the payment card industry. If you have registered an account on our website and have decided to store your credit card information with our company, your data will be fully encrypted. Unless we are negligent, we will not be responsible for any losses you may suffer if any third party obtains your information provided while using our service without authorization.

4.Price
The online store accepts designated electronic payment methods specified by us, and all product prices are in US dollars. The prices of products in the online store may differ from those in our physical stores. The prices displayed in the online store or physical store on the day of purchase will be used to determine the price of the product. If we discover any errors in the prices of products you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you can choose to confirm or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If your credit card is not in US dollars, the final charge will be calculated by your issuing bank based on the applicable exchange rate on the day of the transaction.

5.Delivery and Pickup
Details of the delivery service can be found under "Shipping" or by calling the CosmoBoxx customer service department to inquire about the details of the delivery service arrangements. CosmoBoxx will insure the products during transportation. After completing the online order, you will receive a notification of the expected delivery time. When picking up the product, you will need to sign to confirm receipt, and the relevant property rights and risks will be transferred to the customer upon delivery by the delivery personnel or at the time of pickup.

If you miss the first scheduled delivery appointment or are unable to receive the product due to an inaccurate address provided by you, we reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees for subsequent delivery appointments or arrange for you to pick up the product directly from our store. FitBoxxis not responsible for any losses or damages that may occur due to delivery delays. In case of any disputes, we reserve the final decision-making authority.

We have the right to dispose of products that have not been collected within 30 days of the order confirmation notification without further notice. In this case, we will not refund or compensate you, and we reserve the right to continue to charge you for storage fees. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any loss of income (direct or indirect), profits, or any indirect or consequential losses incurred as a result of any transaction between you and us.

6.Intellectual Property/Responsibility
All software and content, including any text, audio, music, video, images, photographs, and graphics on the CosmoBoxx website are intellectual property works of this website and are protected by intellectual property, copyright, and international convention terms. This website is only for personal and non-commercial use, and the content may only be used for any non-personal and/or non-commercial purposes with explicit authorization from this website and/or its third-party licensors. Content from this website cannot be published, reproduced, sold, or licensed without the prior consent or authorization of this website. Any unauthorized action may result in civil consequences or criminal punishment. The opinions expressed by the designers, companies, or third parties and their associates in any media are solely their personal opinions.
